The Jets have announced their roster moves for Sunday:
-We’ve activated LB Quincy Williams from IR
-We’ve placed WR Josh Reynolds and LB Cam Jones on IR
-We’ve signed WR Brandon Smith to the active roster
-We’ve elevated QB Brady Cook and DL Payton Page for #NYJvsCIN

It seemed obvious that Williams would be back because Aaron Glenn and some of the players were talking about how much of a difference he would make if he returned, much like they did in the week leading up to Jermaine Johnson’s return.
Cook obviously had to be elevated for the first time too, with Tyrod Taylor not even making the trip due to his knee injury.
Reynolds was only ruled out today, but his injury further weakens a unit that is already without Garrett Wilson. Hopefully Smith can deliver on some of the preseason promise he showed over the past two years.
Cook and Page are active for the first time and there will also be Jets debuts for Kobe King and Jelani Woods (who dressed once but did not play). Tyler Baron and Khalil Herbert will also return to action.
