The Jets have made some re-signings:
We’ve re-signed TE Jelani Woods and exercised the exclusive rights tender for DT Jowon Briggs and LB Marcelino McCrary-Ball

The Briggs move was a no-brainer after his outstanding first year with the Jets and we knew McCrary-Ball was coming back because the Jets sent him to London to represent the team at a flag football even this week. Woods will compete for a bigger role in camp.
The fact that ERFA Hendon Hooker was not mentioned may mean he is not being retained.
