The Jets made a few minor moves today:
We’ve signed CB Lamar Jackson to the active roster and placed WR Chris Hogan on IR.
We’ve also signed WR Josh Malone to the practice squad.

The Jackson move was an obvious one. He’d been elevated from the practice squad for the last two games and, as such, would have been ineligible to do that again this season. Jackson started Sunday’s game with Blessuan Austin out.
Hogan apparently has a high ankle sprain but the Jets could get some reinforcements this week as Breshad Perriman, Denzel Mims or Vyncint Smith are all expected to return soon. It will be difficult for Hogan to get back onto the roster if everyone remains healthy after those three return.
The Jets also protected Mike White against being poached from the practice squad this week. He could potentially be elevated again this week if Sam Darnold cannot return but that would be the last such elevation this season.
