According to ESPN reporter Jeremy Fowler, the Jets are interested in bringing back Breshad Perriman:
Jets also looking at bringing back Breshad Perriman, per sources. Might not get done but there’s some mutual interest there. https://t.co/dcoYYyJtLB

Chances are this probably won’t excite that many Jets fans, but for me it comes down to his role and his value. As a WR4 who’s on a couple of million, he’s useful in taking the top off a defense and creating space underneath, but if you’re relying on him to be a big component of your offense, you’re probably in trouble.
The Jets signed Perriman to a 1 year deal last year after letting Robby Anderson land in Carolina. It’s safe to say it didn’t work out how the Jets envisioned it.
Perriman caught just 30 passes on 56 targets for 505 yards and 3 touchdowns. He had 3 drops but did average 16.8 yards a reception.
He did battle some injuries, missing four games as a result and some people questioned his attitude after a few late-season moments where Perriman looked to be going through the motions.
Again, it comes down to role and money.
