The Jets released their second injury report for Sunday’s game:
It seems likely that Becton will join Darnold in street clothes for this game, but Perriman and Austin are hopefully trending towards a return. Denzel Mims also reportedly saw action in practice yesterday so the offense could have a different look on Sunday.
Adam Gase told the media today that Becton doesn’t have a labral tear and just needs to regain some strength but a source told ESPN’s Rich Cimini that he has a capsule injury, confirming earlier rumors.
Miami will be almost at full strength, as you can see, although Godchaux – a starter – could be headed to injured reserve. Rookie Raekwon Davis will get more playing time in his absence.
