The Arizona Cardinals are in a tailspin, and quarterback Kyler Murray will probably not be with the team in 2026. Selected with the first-overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, the Oklahoma product looked like a legitimate franchise quarterback early in his career, winning Offensive Rookie of the Year honors and making the Pro Bowl in 2020 and 2021. Unfortunately, the wheels soon fell off the wagon, as over the past four seasons, he has been nothing more than a slightly below-average quarterback earning a franchise quarterback’s salary.
ESPN: Cardinals Could Trade Kyler Murray to 1 of 3 Teams
Kyler Murray is not a franchise quarterback in the traditional sense, but the Cardinals passer is one of the 32 best players in the world at his position. While his time in Arizona is almost certainly over, ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler notes the team will try to trade him in the offseason, and he believes three teams could be interested in his services.
