Odell Beckham Jr. Could Reunite with Giants to Retire Where It All Started
Career Recap: From Electric Start to Injury-Plagued Seasons
In 2024, Beckham Jr. appeared in just nine games for the Miami Dolphins while starting the year on the PUP list and managing an undisclosed injury. He finished with only 9 receptions for 55 yards and failed to make a meaningful impact in Miami.
His early career, however, was nothing short of spectacular. In his first three NFL seasons (2014–2016), Beckham Jr. posted over 1,300 receiving yards and 10+ touchdowns each of the three years, a historic start that made him one of the league’s most exciting young stars.
What an Odell Beckham Jr. Giants Reunion Would Look Like

At this stage, Beckham Jr. would likely be a depth piece in New York. The Giants’ wide receiver room has evolved with new superstar in Malik Nabers, reliable veteran receiver Darius Slayton, and speedy slot receiver Wan’Dale Robinson. While Beckham Jr. is no longer a WR1 or WR2 at this stage in his career, his veteran leadership and fan connection still hold value. A one-year deal would allow Beckham Jr. to close his career with the team where he made his name and a team he’s openly said he never wanted to leave in the first place.
A Fitting Farewell for a Former Star
The three-time Pro Bowler Beckham Jr. was once a generational talent, but injuries and inconsistency after leaving New York altered his trajectory. Still, letting him retire as a Giant offers a meaningful sendoff. One that honors his legacy and reconnects him with the fan base that embraced him from the start.
