Football fans are keeping Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella, in their thoughts after yet another setback in her brain cancer journey.
Over the weekend, the 19-year-old revealed that her chemotherapy has been delayed by a month due to an unforeseen third surgery after developing a fever.
“It’s not as bad as the first time but I’m really in pain,” Isabella shared in a video posted to her YouTube channel. “My head really, really hurts right now. Not gonna lie, I’ve been crying a lot. I’m in a lot of pain. It’s not as bad as last time … my face isn’t as puffy, but it literally hurts to do anything.”
People all across social media sent their well wishes to the Strahan family:
“Keep this beautiful light In your prayers,” a user said.
“Prayers up for Isabella,” another replied.
“Man, my heart literally hurts … Hopefully the entire #GIANTS fan base prays for her and will help her crush this cancer in no time,” another person commented.
“Praying for Isabella and all who suffer from this awful disease.”
“Prayers up for Isabella!!! You got this and we are all behind you love!!” a fan tweeted. “#isabellastrong.”
It’s been a tough road for Michael and his daughter. We certainly wish them all the best and can’t wait to see her overcome this.
