One game still to be determined
The Syracuse Orange men’s basketball schedule doesn’t appear to be making the goal of getting back to the NCAA Tournament an easy one.
Yesterday we learned that Syracuse will face the Houston Cougars and Kansas Jayhawks in their first two games in the Players Era Invitational in Las Vegas. Can an Anthony help the Orange get wins over Kelvin Sampson and Kansas in a Tournament setting?

Based on the results of those two games, the Orange third and final opponent in the Invitational will be determined, but with the quality in the 18-team field, there won’t be an easy match-up.
Syracuse will get to Vegas early to take on St. Joseph’s on either November 21st or 22nd and those games at UNLV’s Thomas and Mack Arena will also have NIL money attached to them. St. Joseph’s was originally in this year’s Players Era field, but were bumped to 2026.
