2025 projections: With three quarterbacks ahead of him heading to camp, it’s likely that Belin will be redshirting this season. He might be a bit under-sized now but his athleticism makes him a player to watch in the future.
How’d he get here?: Picked Syracuse over offers from Navy and Old Dominion.
What’d recruiting sites say?: Three stars all around. Considered to be a top 100 QB recruit in his class.

Interesting nugget: Belin’s brother Henry passed on the Orange to choose Duke, so we know which brother is the smartest.
