Putin OKs Citi’s sale of Russian banks — to firm with ties to ex-Brooklyn Nets owner Mikhail Prokhorov

The sale by Citi follows similar exits by Wall Street giant Goldman Sachs, Germany’s Deutsche Bank, and French financial firm Société Générale.
