The Brooklyn Nets have signed guard/forward Chaney Johnson to a two-way contract.
Johnson has spent the beginning of the 2025-26 season with the Cleveland Charge where he averaged 12.8 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.1 blocks in 25.5 minutes per game across 16 games while shooting 60.4 percent from the floor and 40.0 percent from 3-point range.
Prior to signing with the Charge, Johnson went undrafted in the 2025 NBA Draft after spending the last two seasons (2023-25) at Auburn University, where he averaged 7.0 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.1 assists on 54.4 percent shooting from the field in 19.5 minutes per game across 73 games.
