
Undrafted prospects getting camp invites
TJ Bamba, 24-year-old wing who last played for Oregon, will sign a Summer League deal with the Brooklyn Nets, per reports.

Bamba, a native of the Bronx, N.Y., played for Washington State and Villanova prior to transferring to Oregon for last season. Overall, he played five seasons of college ball, three for the Cougars and one each for the Wildcats and Ducks.
Last season, in Eugene, he averaged 10.5 points on 39/25/74 shooting splits as well as 3.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.8 assists. His forte is defense and he was named to the All Big Ten Defensive Team and a finalist for the Lefty Driesell Award, which honors the top defensive player in Division I.

Ahmed Tijani “T.J.” Bamba is originally from the Bronx, NY, but moved to Denver, Colo. to complete his high school career at Abraham Lincoln high school. He was first recruited to Washington State where he had his best season in 2022-23, averaging 15.8 points on 43/37/73 shooting splits.

The Nets Summer League roster is likely to include all five first round picks: Egor Demin, Nolan Traore, Drake Powell, Ben Saraf and Danny Wolf as well as Grant Nelson, the 6’11” power forward who reportedly will sign with Brooklyn soon. In addition, Dariq Whitehead and possibly Noah Clowney could be expected in Las Vegas. Summer League begins July 10. NetsDaily will cover the league again this season.
