The Brooklyn Nets do not currently have a pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, but despite that fact, plenty of NBA fans, including fans of the Nets, will still watch the festivities. There were some reports about Brooklyn trying to trade to trade into the Draft, but that did not come to fruition for the first round on Wednesday.
Thursday marks the start of the second round of the draft, meaning there’s still time for the Nets to acquire a draft pick. In fact, there were four different trades that happened over the course of the first round that involved the movement of draft capital so it’s possible that Brooklyn could get something done on Thursday if they choose that path.
Ultimately, the big moves that the Nets made so far this offseason was trading Mikal Bridges to the New York Knicks in exchange for forward Bojan Bogdanovic and a haul of draft picks on Tuesday and re-signing center Nic Claxton to a four-year, $100 million deal on Wednesday. With that being said, here’s what you need to know to get ready for the second round of the 2024 NBA Draft:
