If the New York Knicks make a trade this season, they are considered most likely to deal Pacome Dadiet, sources tell The Athletic. Dadiet has more value around the NBA than Tyler Kolek or Ariel Hukporti.
The Knicks intend to keep both Malcolm Brogdon and Landry Shamet on their regular season roster, but they would have to make a trade to keep both players who are currently on non-guaranteed deal.
Dadiet, who is represented by Yann Balikouzou, was the 25th overall pick in the 2024 draft. Dadiet appeared in 18 games last season with the Knicks, averaging just 6.2 minutes.
In Summer League this year, Dadiet averaged 12.0 points and 3.5 rebounds in 21.7 minutes across two games.
