Catch up on all the Mets prospects in yesterday’s minor league action!
Triple-A: Syracuse Mets (31-44/21-6)
SYRACUSE 2, OMAHA 1 (BOX)
It’s been quite a run for Syracuse in the second half. Fifteen game over 500 after only 27 innings is impressive any way you slice it. This game wasn’t anything particularly special – Paul Blackburn’s solid rehab start was the highlight, and Luis De Los Santos’ homer accounted for both runs – but it was another win.

Double-A: Binghamton Rumble Ponies (45-22*/19-8)
BINGHAMTON 17, READING 3 (BOX)
This sure was a Reading game, at least for the Rumble Ponies. Seventeen runs on nineteen hits, headlined by Carson Benge’s 2-homer, 4-hit day supported very solid pitching, turning this one into a bit of a laugher. Ryan Clifford also went deep, finished a triple shy of a cycle, and walked three times. Binghamton is another team off to a very hot second-half start, and as long as the Mets keep their top prospects here rather than bumping them up to Syracuse, expect that to continue.

High-A: Brooklyn Cyclones (46-20*/13-17)
BROOKLYN 3, GREENSBORO 2 (BOX)
Brooklyn hasn’t quite recaptured their first half magic yet, but they did win a bullpen game in this one. Seven pitchers combined to allow only two runs and six hits, and Boston Baro had a huge offensive day to drive the Cyclones to a win

Single-A: St. Lucie Mets (34-31*/20-9)
ST. LUCIE 6, JUPITER 1 (BOX)
And here we are with another Mets team running rampant in the second half. Homers from Nick Roselli (who has come on strong of late) and Yonatan Henriquez paced the offense in support of a very solid pitching effort. Hunter Hodges was the only arm who struggled, walking three and allowing the lone Hammerhead run in two innings of work.
